I’m an American composer based in Munich, Germany, writing music for film, television, advertising, and digital media. Trained as a filmmaker at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, I came to composition through the screen — which means I think about music the way a director does. Narrative first. Emotional clarity over complexity. Music that serves the moment. My sound is rooted in my connection to the bass guitar and to Americana — shaped by growing up in Texas and refined through years of writing for picture. That sensibility runs through everything I make, from cinematic guitar-driven pieces to more atmospheric production music, bass-driven funk to Grunge and heavy rock.
