I’m an American composer based in Munich, Germany, writing music for film, television, advertising, and digital media. Trained as a filmmaker at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, I came to composition through the screen — which means I think about music the way a director does. Narrative first. Emotional clarity over complexity. Music that serves the moment. My sound is rooted in Americana, shaped by growing up in Texas and refined through years of writing for picture. That sensibility runs through everything I make, from cinematic guitar-driven pieces to more atmospheric production music. Current library clients include Sonoton/APM, Warner Chappell Production Music and APL Publishing. I also represent a small roster of artists and publishers as an independent sync rep for films, TV and other media.
